Wellness for our Communities: assessing needs of trans and gender-nonconforming people living with HIV

In 2018, Positively Trans, a project of the Transgender Law Center, conducted a health-focused needs assessment with transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) people living with HIV across three communities: Detroit, Michigan; New Orleans, Louisiana; and South Florida. The resulting report, “Wellness for our Communities,” highlight barriers to health and well-being for TGNC people living with HIV and on their legal and health priorities.
