More than half the U.S. LGBTQ community identifies as bi+, according to the Center for American Progress (CAP). Yet data analyses often fail to fully account for the racial diversity among this group. In “A Closer Look at Bisexual People of Color,” CAP demonstrates how a more granular approach to the data can contribute to policy debates on health care access, paid family leave, and workplace protections.
