Arcus Operating Foundation Publishes Three Reports on International LGBT Rights Funding

A 2008 Arcus Operating Foundation convening in Bellagio, Italy, on human rights abuses faced by LGBT people in the Global South and East generated three reports. The first summarizes the convening’s discussions on challenges and opportunities in LGBT rights funding; the second explores ways to mobilize funding for LGBT human rights work, obstacles to increased funding, and approaches to overcoming them; and the third discusses funding mechanisms to support LGBT rights in Asia, Africa, Latin American, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
